At EyeVivid, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. 7-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. 14-Day Quality Issue Return & Exchange

If your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Proof of the issue (photos or videos) may be required.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by EyeVivid.
• A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team first to obtain the return instructions and warehouse address.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used contact lenses (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Returns requested beyond the eligible return period

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation
